Payment Methods & Order Workflow
At Luckmoons, we offer trusted, secure payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Orders are processed only after full payment is successfully completed.

When you place an order, an initial authorization confirms that sufficient funds are available. Once verified, the transaction is finalized and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

As each item is made-to-order, we only begin production after your payment has been confirmed.

To finalize your purchase, select “Proceed to Checkout” or choose “PayPal Checkout.” You will be directed to a secure payment page where you can enter your card information or log into your PayPal account. All transactions are encrypted to maintain maximum security. The charge will appear on your billing statement under the appropriate merchant name.

If a refund is required, the credited amount will be issued to your original payment method—either your credit card or PayPal account.
